I had mixed feelings about my stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, but the air conditioning issues on arrival really dampened the experience. The dining options were diverse, but I faced frustrating long queues during peak times. Overall, while there were some good points like the food variety and activities for kids, I found several aspects lacking, especially the service and management of common areas, which affected my overall enjoyment.
